the winter season, we have between 750 and 800 residents enjoying our
amenities. Our winter residents include RV'ers who have been
coming here for many years and mobile home owners who have their second
home in the park. Our year around residents number 60 to 75 during

| There's plenty to do at Alligator Park...Enjoy the spacious swimming pool, biking, shuffleboard, bingo, cable TV available, game room, and clubhouse. Our clubhouse invites Winter Snowbirds to enjoy live entertainment and dancing every month. You can play shuffleboard, enjoy our clubhouse and swim in our pool all year. Card players enjoy bridge, euchre, and pinochle. There are 50 acres of paved and lighted streets for either bike riding or walking. Within a few miles from the park are some of the finest golf courses and tennis courts in the area. |
