Refund Policy
No Refunds will be made after September 1.  However, serious health problems documented with a Doctor's statement may be cause for a credit to be issued, said credit must be used within 1 year after credit issue date.  This credit is non-transferable.

When a RV Reservation is made for specific dates and the office receives a site deposit, the RV'er must notify the office at least one week in advance if unable to arrive on specified date.  A site will only be held for 2 nights beyond RV'ers expected arrival date.  If the RV'er does not arrive on the scheduled or rescheduled date, the site deposit will be used for payment of the site rental.  The remaining nights will be at the original reservation rate.

When an Rv'er makes a reservation for a specific arrival date, and misses said arrival date with no notice to the office, the site deposit will immediately be applied to the missed nights at the regular nightly rate.  If nights beyond the original reservation end date are wanted, those nights will be at an additional cost and depending on availability of the site.

Electric
For stays longer than 27 nights, electricity will be metered.  There will be a $50.00 Deposit on the last month's electric, as well as a $0.22 per day meter maintenance fee. (A meter maintenance fee is a fixed amount billed, regardless of how much electricity is used to cover the costs of your service and meter, including installation, repair and the administrative costs related to servicing your account).  Management reserves the right to adjust fees as needed.  Your electric bill will be due the day before departure.  If your deposit is in excess of your bill, that amount will be refunded to you.  Any monies due Alligator Park upon departure will be billed to your Credit Card.

Assign/Reassign Sites
Management reserves the right to assign/reassign  sites, as required, for stays less than 90 nights.  In the event a RV site is sold, management reserves the right to reassign stays of 90 nights or longer.  Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are based on actual nights in the park.

Mail
Mail Delivery is handled by the office.  The correct mailing address for your RV Site is: Your Name, 6400 Taylor Road (+ your lot number), Punta Gorda, Fl 33950.

There is a $15.00 mailbox key deposit, which is refundable, when you return the mailbox key to the office prior to your departure.  Please contact the Alligator Park Office to confirm your lot number 10 days before contracting for telephone and/or cable TV installation - or having our mail delivery started.
