 A Top Place To Live...Welcome to Alligator Park, a Punta Gorda, Florida
Resident Owned mobile home and RV community for adults 55 and up. During
the winter season, we have between 750 and 800 residents enjoying our
amenities. Our winter residents include RV'ers who have been
coming here for many years and mobile home owners who have their second
home in the park. Our year around residents number 60 to 75 during
the summer months.

There's plenty to do at Alligator Park...Enjoy
the spacious swimming pool, biking, shuffleboard, bingo, cable TV
available, game room, and clubhouse. Our clubhouse invites Winter
Snowbirds to enjoy live entertainment and dancing every month. You can
play shuffleboard, enjoy our clubhouse and swim in our pool all
year. Card players enjoy bridge, euchre, and pinochle. There are 50
acres of paved and lighted streets for either bike riding or walking.
Within minutes from the park are some of the finest golf courses and
tennis courts in the area. |
Many options available... When
our Rv'ers get tired of road travel, they have the option of settin up
their RV, tying it down and leaving it here as a permanent 2nd home.
If you want a 2nd home, but don't want to store your RV in a storage yard,
you may park your RV on a cement slab, provided there is room, next to
your mobile home in our residential section. We don't allow large
dogs (over 20 inches from shoulder to ground at maturity) or guard dogs,
(such as pit bulls, rottweilers, etc.). Birds and cats are also
allowed, but the same rules apply to all of the animals.
Most of our manufactured home lots are about 58
by 80 allowing room for a 28 or 30 foot double wide home. Many of
our residents have recently installed new homes. If you have
