Our procedures for sales in the park are as follows.
All Documents below must be received to close on sale. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
To Purchase or Rent in Alligator Park an application, a photo ID and transfer fee of $100.00 (cash or check only), copy of Driver's License, Florida Tenant Reporting Services form must be filled out and SIGNED, Sales contract.  ALL PAPERWORK MUST be submitted to the office before the Estoppel will be issued. Please allow 3-4 days for a background check to be performed.
 
Please note that state and local ordinances require all property owners to collect and pay 12% tax on all rentals that are less than 6 months and 1 day in duration (6% Florida sales tax; 5% Charlotte County tourist tax; 1% Charlotte County discretionary tax).
