RVers keep coming back to our Park year after year! Whether for 3 months in the winter or passing through while traveling elsewhere, once you've stayed here, you'll always come back! There is an abundance of functions, social gatherings, dances, cruises, swimming in our heated pool, etc. - you will always have something to do. Alligator Park is centrally located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers and is easy to get to from I-75. There are also plenty of places to visit and see within a 50-mile radius.
Per Florida Statute 513, any RV lot rented from Alligator Park
can only be occupied for a maximum of six (6) months.
Coast to Coast and Passport America rates
Coast to Coast (CTC) and Passport America (PA) membership rate is of $35.00 per night.
Available from April 1st through November 1st for a maximum of seven (7) nights.
This rate includes water, sewer and electric service.
No discounts are available November 2-March 31.
All reservations are subject to availability.
